Job Vacancy: Trainee Lettings Property Manager

Moretons are the leading independent estate agent in Westminster & Pimlico and we are looking to expand our property management team.  We currently have a vacancy for a Trainee Lettings Property Manager at our offices in Rochester Row, SW1.

The role is to assist the Lettings Property Manager in the smooth running of the lettings  management portfolio. We currently have a portfolio of over 300 properties of which 200 are fully managed.

The candidate will have had at least six months property or customer service experience and be used to using their initiative, have good attention to detail, be able to multi task and have excellent communication skills. He/she should enjoy being a team player, be well organised and have a firm, but friendly manner on the telephone and face to face with clients.
